Government-PH MoU failed to stop the ‘mangkuk’s’
The Government-Pakatan Harapan (PH) Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed yesterday seems useless when the ‘idiots’ war is raging in the glorious Parliament.
Less than 24 hours after the statements praising the MoU, the coalition began attacking the government.
Yesterday, DAP Publicity Secretary Tony Pua proudly stressed that with the signing of the Government-PH MoU yesterday, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob is now in a stronger position to reject any threats and demands from court clusters and kleptocrats in UMNO.
GUAN ENG ALSO A COURT CLUSTER
Maybe Tony Pua forgot that Lim Guan Eng was also a court cluster.
According to Tony Pua, through the MoU, Ismail Sabri does not have to entertain any demand from Datuk Seri Azmin Ali’s camp for the Gombak Member of Parliament to be appointed deputy prime minister because any threat from Azmin’s camp to affect the stability of the coalition is no longer credible.
Ironically, PH MPs keep making a fuss again in the Dewan Rakyat. MoU is seen to carry no meaning. One of the PH MPs mentioned “Apa punya mangkuk” during Q&A time with the minister.
The MP’s remarks sparked controversy when he questioned the Home Minister’s answer.
“The use of such a sentence should not be expressed by a Member of Parliament. Whether there is an MoU or not, the attitude remains the same, it has not changed, and is still immature,” said MCA President, Dato ‘Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong in a post on his social media yesterday.
Does this mean that the parties who signed the MoU were not sincere enough? What is their real agenda?
The allegation that Ismail Sabri is now in a stronger position is seen as very untrue. The situation in Parliament is getting out of control.
Even the Deputy Speaker candidate brought by the PM is said to not have the support of the majority.
There is much more that Ismail Sabri needs to do to stabilize the political temperature of Malaysia. Can he do that before the 100-day period ends?
