Maxis experiences service disruption

MAXIS users took to social platforms this morning sharing disruptions with their Maxis mobile connectivity.

Responding to the complaint, the telco, in a statement, said that work to restore the service is underway and hope to resolve the issue soon.

“We are aware that our customers have been experiencing service disruptions. Rest assured that our team is working hard to identify and resolve the matter as soon as possible. We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and patience, and apologise for the inconvenience during this time,” the company said.

Meanwhile, based on checks, there are no disruptions with the company’s broadband/fibre services.
