PETRONAS is The Strongest Oil & Gas brand In The World

PETRONAS has been ranked as the most valuable ASEAN brand in Southeast Asia, with a brand value of US$ 13.6 billion early of this year. And recently, Petronas has once again been awarded as “The Strongest Oil and Gas Brand in the World” by Brand Finance worldwide.

Established in 1974 and wholly owned by the Government of Malaysia, PETRONAS now has a presence in more than 65 countries and operates among the top oil and gas companies in the world. Petronas has a total asset of US$144.43 billion and 47,669 employees worldwide, as of 2020.

Petronas is also ranked among Fortune Global 500’s largest corporations in the world. In the 2017 Forbes Global 2000, Petronas Gas was ranked as the 1881st largest public company in the world. Petronas also ranked 48th globally in 2020 Bentley Infrastructure 500.
