Lahad Datu MP Mohamaddin Ketapi quits Bersatu

KOTA KINABALU: Lahad Datu Member of Parliament (MP) and Segama state assemblyman Datuk Mohamaddin Ketapi today announced his departure from Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu).

He said, under Bersatu, there was nothing he could do to develop Segama state constituency and the Lahad Datu parliamentary constituency.

The former tourism, arts and culture minister left Warisan on Oct 30, 2021 and became an independent aligned with the ruling coalition, Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS).



He then officially joined Bersatu in November last year.
