Muhyiddin and Ismail’s agreement needs to be revealed

 

The agreement between Ismail Sabri Yaakob and Muhyiddin Yassin needs to be revealed immediately to avoid speculation that could harm national politics.

This follows the disclosure made by Lokman Adam in relation to clauses 7, 8 and 9 in the agreement.

Lokman’s disclosure

• Ismail Sabri promised Muhyiddin he would not change the Attorney General, Tan Sri Idrus Harun
• Ismail Sabri promised to retain the positions of Minister, Deputy Minister and GLC Chairman from PPBM and PAS
• Ismail Sabri promised Muhyiddin that he would expedite the case of DS Najib Razak and DS Zahid Hamidi

If what Lokman uncovered is an accusation against both of them, it is appropriate that a lawsuit be initiated.

However, Ismail and Muhyiddin should also disclose all the details of the agreement that they had signed and witnessed by Annuar Musa and Takiyuddin.

Previously, Marzuki Mohamad confirmed the existence of an agreement between Ismail Sabri and Muhyiddin.

“One (of the) clauses in this agreement mentions that the agreement document cannot be published or disclosed in any form.

“It can only be kept for the reference of both parties.”

Takiyuddin Hassan also admitted that he was the individual who had completed the draft agreement for the position of TPM.

“I am a former Minister of Law, so everything related to legal documents I will be asked to do, not because I (solely) am Takiyuddin. It (TPM issue) is not an agreement, rather it is called a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA),”
